It’s a mediocre experience, and they get the job done. The biggest hurdle to get over is spending over $28 to dry clean a suit. Great customer service, but there is no amenity offered to explain the price hike.

I always ask in advance how much my bill will be and they always provide. Other cleaners in the area seem to be a lot less transparent about pricing... thats why btt is the best choice. And I live in Katy!

I never thought I would have such strong opinions about a dry cleaners, but I love this place! This family run business is a pillar of professional integrity. The pricing is transparent, the alterations are quick, and most importantly you can tell they have pride in providing a quality service. I've never had any issues with the cleaning, and I don't know how I ever lived without hemmed pants. No joke, I think they've altered every pair of pants I own. It was overdue for me to leave a review :]. Thanks for the great service all these years!Services: Laundry wash & fold
