I made the right choice: Gordon, the President himself, answered the phone and told me his background. Josh Herdandez was the installer and I couldn't be happier with his work and professionalism. He changed out the residential door locks and successfully installed the locks on an older model storm door. He took his time finding the right lock for that door and didn't rush through the work. The price was very reasonable for under $300.
