Superfast service! Our fob was lost so our minivan was stuck in the parking lot. They came out and programmed a new one plus a spare for us. So much better than the cost and hassle of towing the car to a dealership!

We were locked out of our home at 3am of Christmas Day. We put in a request and received an instant response. There was someone at our home in less than hour and we were able to celebrate Christmas morning with our family. Thank you!

I had the unfortunate event of losing my keys happen to me while out of town. I searched the Houston area for locksmith and Express locksmith appeared. It was an added bonus that they were located near IAH where my car was parked. I made a call and the customer service was outstanding! I explained what happened and that I will need a new key for my vehicle. Once I arrived at IAH I called again and the timing couldn’t have been better. As soon as I entered the parking lot Express locksmith was there waiting to assist me. Aaron did a phenomenal job he was very courteous and had great manners. I waited no more than 6 minutes before I was handed the keys and ready to go....read full review
