I was trying to find a new primary physician and I went to this doctor Jennifer Gwozdz Family Clinic on three different occasions. Each time I had to wait for over an hour in the waiting room. The staff seemed friendly enough in person, but after leaving it went downhill quick. It was impossible to reach anyone by phone. I was waiting on my test results and could not speak to anyone. I would leave voice mails, emails and even text on their portal, but nobody responded over a week. I finally called the doctors other location to ask if this office had closed because nobody is answering the phone or any of my messages. After a couple of hours I finally get a text response just to check the portal. This is not how you should be treated by your doctor or your medical practitioner. They hide behind their so called portal system so they don't have to interact with the patients. Patients are your business lady, when you quit caring and responding to the patients and they see how you and your staff treat them they will find a real doctor. These people have no care or concern!!

Outstanding doctor and staff. After coming for 20 some years they have never failed in providing excellent service. I praise them for taking care of my entire family. You'll receive excellent service from the moment you walk in the door

This place is dirty, smells bad and all of their equipment looks very old and just plain bad. When trying to explain to the doctor what's wrong with my daughter she kept interrupting me saying it's okay it's normal. I'm sorry, but how can you say it's okay if you don't let me talk so you don't know what's wrong??? Definitely not coming back. The only reason I'm giving two stars it's because the nurse was very nice and sweet.
