⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐West Oaks Urgent Care provided exceptional service when I wasn't feeling well. Priscila and Ivy took great care of me, being incredibly accommodating and diligent in understanding my symptoms. The wait time was minimal, and the doctor Nedi was exceptionally kind. I wholeheartedly recommend coming here for any urgent medical needs!

I am not happy with the doctor. Condescending and informed me that the Rx I was taking was "a cool thing I saw on TV commercials" and that it was "poisoning my body".Is that even ethical?I went there for a specific medical need. I went there because I was suffering from esophageal inflammation/fungal infection. He never looked inside my mouth. Just wrote the Rx.

Been here several times. Always have great doctors, very attentive, minimal weight time. Our family's go to urgent care. Special thanks to Dr. Mallory for advising us to get Emergency Care for what turned out to be my daughter's appendicitis.
