The workout realigns and strengthens the body using added resistance from reformer beds, shaking up traditional Pilates in a big way. All-levels and advanced classes are available, catering to all fitness levels. Clients have praised the studio, with one saying they are stronger and more flexible than ever after two years of workouts there. They also appreciate the convenient class schedule, with classes available throughout the week. Another client was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming ambiance and friendly instructors at the West U location, despite it being a bit smaller than other studios. Overall, the clients have thoroughly enjoyed their experiences at Boost Pilates, from the easy membership setup to the clean studios and high-quality equipment.
