I feel at home at Inspire Yoga in Highland Village. Bethaney is an amazing owner of the studio. Her classes allow me to connect to my mind, body, and soul with her guidance. All the instructors encourage you to move with your breath and stay connected as you flow. To name a few of my favorite instructors, Jennifer and Deanna are fantastic. Each of these women allows me to be vulnerable in class and outside of class. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the yoga community you guys hold close to each of your hearts. Aho.
Can I give more than five stars? This place is heaven for me. It is one of the rare studios in the Dallas (Denton) area where instructors get to teach classes that match their own personal style. And they are fantastic. The studio is small, feels like a true independent neighborhood spot and has everything you need. Also, as an extra bonus -- even though this is downtown Denton there is more than adequate parking. I've tried a lot of yoga at a lot of studios and this is the one.
Bethaney, you are the best out of the best! You are exceptionally talented and a born mentor! Your enthusiasm, inspiration, dedication is contagious. I was lucky and greatful to have had an opportunity to learn from you.Thank you for challenging and inspiring me to pursue my passion!
