I think what makes the biggest difference in this gym has got to be the staff. They work to be sure your needs are taken care of and are happy to help when you have questions about equipment. If you are looking for a great trainer, be sure to ask for Alex. I have been training with him since September and for someone who was too scared to even walk into a gym, it is now my favorite place. Alex does a great job of listening to your goals and takes the time to be sure you understand what you are doing and how it will help you. Whether you are a first timer to the gym life, training for a specific event or simply need some help to improve your workout, he is more than happy to help you on your fitness journey. Another plus is that he will do his best to accommodate your scheduling needs. He doesn't just talk the talk either. If you are lucky, you can sometimes catch him working out in this gym when his schedule allows.

I'm 230lbs. Big fella. Usually hate these gyms. But BUT. The general manager, young guy, bald, white. This dude is killer. 10/10 employee. On top of everything. Clean bathrooms, clean equipment, new equipment, no loud music. Staff is incredibly friendly and chill. I left in 2019 due to the employees now I refuse to leave because of them. He needs to run the whole area. Because Denton has issues.... Come to this one and you'll be shocked to see the bathroom looks brand new everyday. Haven't seen a turd on the bathroom floor yet. Very dirty feeling gym. Extremely old equipment and carpet undone in some areas. Also feels super muggy in there which is obviously not pleasant. The Planet Fitness down the road feels like a luxury gym compared to LA.
