Later they installed a new unit. They have maintained by equipment. I seldom have issues, but when I do their service is always top notch. Their employees are professional and courteous. What I like best is they always give me options. They explain the problem and possible solutions. I get to decide what the next steps are. It is a common occurrence for my neighbors to talk about some outrageous air conditioning bid. I tell them about Callahan and every single time their bid is many thousands of dollars cheaper in their competition. It was right before Christmas holiday. It was difficult finding a contractor that was available and affordable until Wilsan Construction came to my rescue. I was able to schedule a quick appointment for an estimate based on my difficult schedule. I had family coming for a visit for the holidays so I needed that extra bathroom ASAP. Jeff and the team listened to what’s we wanted to do, put a plan together, coordinated with another vendor I wanted to use for new irrigation, and knocked this project out of the park. They ripped out the old, falling apart stonewall, built a new wall, ripped out all the appropriate plants and planted new.
