“We were able to be seen for an evaluation once we registered online and provided proof of immunizations. Once our dogs passed the evaluation, I was able to book a reservation for boarding. Our boarding experience was great. We received a photo "report card" for our dogs each day while they were in their care. It was SO nice to get that and see that they were doing well. They slept HARD for a few days once they were back home. Communication was swift and it was so appreciated. Definitely plan to use Swisher Dog Care for future boarding needs.“
“Their grooming service is always consistent. Very happy with them. Prices are reasonable too.“
“We always have a great experience at South Flower Mound Animal Hospital! The doctors and staff are so helpful, friendly, and caring. They are so sweet with our dog! Highly recommend!“
“Your doctors are so kind and treat our animals like they are theirs. Always talking about how handsome our dog is. He's really an old decrepit dog but you would think that the doctors think he just won Westminster?. The pricing is amazing as well. It's always really busy there and for the reason is because they are awesome. Take your pet there.
Name and call me once after hours to give me blood test results. It's always 24 hours in blood test results are in. I love this service.
Our sweet old man dog was diagnosed with diabetes this past week. They put him on a plan and it was a quick turnaround for his eating and bathroom. Our family loves Denton Veterinary center.“
“Very caring staff. I was able to get my sick dog in last minute. Good experience all around!“
“Our big cowardly doodle has the best time with Dan and the team at Doggies Wonderland! We can always rest assured that Captain will be very well cared for and having fun playing with other dog friends.“
“We had Oreo train with Linda for 3.5 weeks while we were abroad on vacation. We came back to a freshly showered Oreo upon pick up and had a good 2 hr training session/handoff. We have seen much improvement in Oreo’s obedience and truly appreciate Linda. She uses positive reinforcement and has a variety of training ground for teaching dogs. We highly recommend Linda! Thank you.“
“Service has always been awesome. Been taking my pup there for last 4 years. Our pup gets his grooming done here and is always been taken well care of.“
“We are so thankful to have found this place. My Landon was well taken care of, kennels are clean, and very affordable. We would definitely recommend.“
“I have been showing here 1-2 times per year since I did w/t/c crossrails and now I am jumping 2'3 and over. Always a great show experience! Very nice facility, always clean, highly recommended!“
“Usually there is plenty availability for appointments. Easy in and out process. Covid guidelines are practiced and Enzo always smells yummy and looks gorgeous afterwards. Friendly staff as well. I've never been dissapointed.“
“Saving AstroWhen we first adopted Astro, we had no idea what we were getting into. He seemed like a big, friendly husky. “He’s food aggressive,” said the lady at the rescue society where we picked him up. No problem, I thought. Over the last twenty years we’ve had many huskies, usually have at least 4 or 5 at a time, and I’ve dealt with dogs growling over their food bowl before and gotten through it. Astro, however, was much worse than that. He didn’t just have food aggression, he also had severe fear issues and clearly had been beaten or backed into a corner before. By the time we got to Victoria we had been through one trainer and Astro had bitten me three times, the last time pretty severely. I was lucky he hadn’t sent me to the hospital. For the first time in our life, my husband and I seriously considered euthanasia as an option. We couldn’t give him back to any adoption center or rescue knowing the danger he posed. We couldn’t let him put our other dogs at risk, not to mention the neighborhood kids. We had already put him on doggie Prozac, and he was still biting. Our vet suggested an animal behaviorist, as opposed to just a trainer. My husband found Victoria on a Google search and we asked her to come over right away. She started with evaluating all our dogs interacting together at my house, and spent well over an hour with me talking through the different incidents with Astro and when they happened, and what had happened before and after each incident. We had initially thought maybe we would send Astro to board with her and train for several weeks, but after the home visit she recommended that he stay here while we trained. Astro had so much fear and uncertainty in his behavior, he didn’t really need to be put in yet another new environment.Without going into every single detail, what I can tell you is that Astro today is a completely different dog than the one that would crouch at the back of his crate showing me all his teeth. He’s happy and gaining confidence every day. He used to shy away from our other dogs (including him we have 5 huskies), but now he plays with them. I went from being afraid to place a food bowl in front of him, to where now, when I place down the bowl, he’s wagging his tail and half the time I get a “thank you” slurp on the face as I put it down in front of him.Yes, it took months, and we had to get here in stages, but he’s part of the family now and a completely different dog. We carefully followed Victoria’s weekly instructions, to the letter. That means about 5 or 10 minutes EVERY day, 2 to 3 times a day, going through the exercises she showed us. It works, and it worked wonders for us. She pinpointed the very specific triggers and problems with Astro, and we worked in steps to train him to think and react differently and unlearn those bad behaviors. Victoria is not a “sit and stay” trainer. She looks at your dog’s individual and specific problems, and then tailors a program unique to your situation. We highly recommend her.“
“I cannot say enough good things about Anne! She took time out of her busy day to call me and speak with me at length about the puppy I am getting this coming Monday. She gave so many helpful tips and amazing advice and I’m only on her waitlist! Aka she did all of this out of the kindness of her heart. This is really a rare quality these days and I am so unbelievably thankful for her wisdom, insight, and time! Highly recommend this trainer!“
“Our two dogs absolutely LOVE going to Dogtopia. When I say the word "Dogtopia," they know exactly what it means, they start whining, wagging their tails, running towards their leashes, and they are ready to go!! When we pull up to Dogtopia in the car they are barking, going crazy, and can't wait to get inside to play. They've been go to daycare and overnights since they were pups and LOVE playing with the other dogs and getting loved on by all the workers!“
“Lorrie and her husband do an amazing job. Our dog Tipsy has never been left before and they did great watching her for us. You can't find a better place that really cares about the animals. If you're looking for some place to watch your pets I highly recommend The Big Dog House!“
“we have used CityVet flower mound for boarding, grooming, and vet care and have always had a great experience. We’ve always been able to get on the schedule and have found our pup to be cared for by the staff.“
“I was surprised by the negative reviews so wanted to share our experience with Erin and her staff at Canine Cowboy, which has always been positive. We've taken our two fur babies there many times over the past 3 years for both day care and boarding. The dogs are so excited when we pull up! They can't wait to play. When we pick them up, they're happy and tired. We're so glad to have a kennel-free place for them to board when we travel. Erin and her staff send us pictures each day, so we can see what they've been doing and how they look. Our dog, Sadie, who is rambunctious, got a cut while boarding last weekend. Erin sent a text and picture (see attached) to let us know what happened. We felt confident she was taken care of by the staff.“
“Very friendly and took great care of my 15 year old poodle. They bathed and groomed her and she looked so cute.“
“This is the best veterinary around! Beautiful large and clean facility and you don't have to wait long at all. Caring vet and techs. I've been to a few vets nearby and Bartonville Veterinary Center is the best of them all. Plus, my dog had major surgery there earlier this year and Dr. Cordero did a wonderful job.“
“Awesome place to leave your dog! Staff is very friendly, and the fact they give you daily reports makes it so much better. I appreciated how well they took care of my pup! I would definitely recommend!“
“I have been bringing Chanel for many years to doggie camp. The staff is very attentive to Chanel.and all the other doggies. They love all the pets there. Chanel is always happy going to camp and when picking her up!! I am blessed to have a place as such for her to come to.( a second home) I highly recommend anyone that needs a place for doggie camp or boarding. This store in Lewisville is amazing with all the managers, staff they make sure they give the best to all pet owners for their pets.“
