We did our due diligence and discussed a pool installation with several companies. Chris, at Pool Concepts, worked with us to develop a beautiful design that fit our small space and our budget. Chris recommended an in-floor pool cleaning system which has been a fantastic upgrade. Other companies designed a rectangular box with little thought to design. His initial design sold us on Pool Concepts.Once we decided to move forward, our overall experience was that the company did quality work and the workmanship on all aspects of the construction was top notch. The subcontractors, especially Ray, were easy to work with and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have them at our home. Not only did they construct our pool but did hardscaping as well, installing a sitting (patio) area and moving stairs on our back porch area. Marisa was a pleasure to work with on the design and really appreciated her expertise. She listened to our ideas and guided us to a beautiful, finished product.Construction of this magnitude always has some issues. Time was the first issue. It took 9 months from beginning of the dig to finished product. Considering that it took us 7 months to build the house, this did seem a bit excessive. Communication with the Project Manager was not as consistent as it should have been and increased my frustration. I initiated calls more often than I received them, but in the end, I am so pleased with the design, quality, and functionality of the pool. It was worth the wait!! I would recommend Pool Concepts by Pete Ordaz to anyone looking to build a pool.

I cannot say enough good things about the gutter choice, installation and professionalism of this company. They were accommodating to my short window of opportunity for the actual installation. Dedicated instructor's who are passionate to seeing through the progress of the students. Our oldest 2 children have accomplished black belt through Master Lopez's program. With the experience we have had we continue with our 6 year old on her journey to be like big brother and sister. We had moved after their accomplishment but for our youngest, To do this we now travel 40 minutes to RSK for what we know is quality instruction. Totally worth it. Highly recommend.

Martin is a wonderful stylist! He gave me a whole new look when my hair needed a cut badly. I love my new bob! It’s a no-fuss style that gets me out the door fast in the morning and looks great all day. Today, I tried the kertinase treatment and Martin was thorough in getting the product throughout my hair, pulling off the buildup from my hard well water. I’m very happy with the results. I highly recommend this treatment and most highly recommend Martin! He is awesome at what he does.

Brought my 11 year old son for a back to school hair cut. Long on top, short on sides. This seems like a simple cut, but parents know how a pop up shop type place can really hack this kind of cut up. Mandy did an excellent job listening to what we wanted and making an exact replica of our reference pic. We will be back! The girls took me in as a walk in which I greatly appreciated! Very clean and neatly decorated salon. Every single staff member was friendly and personable, moreso than I have ever experienced in any other salon! The girls spoke so highly of the owner (who wasn't even there to influence what was said) that it really spoke volumes about what kind of wonderful place this was. My adult sons and I go to Rosie’s for our haircuts. My hair is more difficult to cut properly than average and I always feel like she gives it all her attention. The location is perfect for Helotes residents. Her son is often there with her doing haircuts as well so it’s a family business. The atmosphere is great and very relaxed. No feeling of rushing to get to the next customer. She is full of great stories and we always have the best conversations. Just don’t forget to make your appoint online. She is not always able to accommodate walk-ins. As a dentist I recognize a well run schedule and a good chair side manner. Always look forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!

Have used Greg and Alamo Preferred for both a sewer and water line issue and couldn't be happier. They are prompt, communicative, and the work is fantastic. Even with tunnel and concrete work, anything they dig is put back in better shape than when they started and the plumbing work is efficient and thorough. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Amazing experience with Bolin. We were out of town when one of our pipes burst. They were able to guide me through what to do and arrived first thing in the morning when we got home-all was fixed in 2 hours!!! Guided us through the repair and walked us through what happened. Dietrich and his crew are outstanding! As I have replaced chandeliers and pendants in my house, Dietrich has always done exemplary work. When he added a camera to our existing Ring system he found that the previous camera had not been wired properly and brought the wiring up to code. They will continue to be “my electricians.”
Honestly I don't think I can recommend this company enough, had a few electrical issues from a past company and so I wanted to try this company out instead, extremely professional and helpful, had 2 nice gentleman named Roger and Jesse come out and help fix the issues I was having with my lights, they worked quickly and extremely well. 10/10 and will recommend all my friends and family to this company.

Chem Dry’s Professional Technician Joseph did an excellent service cleaning our sectional! My experience with this family dentistry clinic was awesome! The staff was very professional. I must really reiterate that the nurse and doctor who took care of my dental needs were exceptional!! They went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this dental clinic to take care of all your needs.
I was so impressed with Kinard Family Dental. We are new to the area and had not yet had our new patient appointment, when my daughter had a dental emergency. They went above and beyond to help us, and they were wonderful with my daughter. I’m so very happy that we chose this practice for our family.
I haven't been to the dentist in years due to lack of insurance, so once I finally got it I was pretty apprehensive about going to the dentist knowing the state of my teeth. The front desk staff are very cordial and informative, which made filling out my own new client paperwork very simple. God bless my hygienists heart for going to work on my teeth, I owe her my soul cause I know that was probably a challenge for her. Everyone, including Dr. Cruz, was incredibly attentive and kind and very direct with instructions on return visits and follow up care. I recommend 100%, these ladies deserve your business!
Called for same day appt; my dog was vomiting and had not eaten in 2 days. Although they had a full schedule with surgery appts, they asked me to drop my dog so they could see her between appts. Did lab work and sent her home with prescriptions. All good now. Hooves and paws saved me from having to go to an emergency clinic. Wonderful and caring service!
The hospital staff is terrific for our Great Danes and they were awesome with our Golden Retrievers before. It has been a great 10+ years with Hill Country.
