I went to the Helotes location the same day after I received a terrible haircut at the Tezel Road location. Ms. Ortiz corrected my bad haircut and now I only go to her in Helotes. I've been going to the Tezel Road location for many years since I live less than a mile away. This review is not to say that the stylists at Tezel are bad. They just had one terrible stylist that was new there and he needs more training. It was a bad feeling to walk into the Helotes store with eyes looking at your hair and Ms. Ortiz first comment was " Oh My ! ".

I drive 45min to see Olivia. My autistic son is usually there to also get a haircut. The whole staff is really nice and Olivia is a great person and a great stylist!Service: Haircut

First time visiting this location and all I have to say is Logan was very attentive she took her time making sure I was satisfied with my haircut. Will be going back !!Service: Hairstyling
