“I highly recommend Nitro Builders if you have some home remodel or repairs needed. My condo in Dallas was flooded when a pipe broke in the neighbor's unit after the freeze. Because I live out of state, it was even more challenging to find contractors to replace my flooring and repair the walls that were ruined by the water. I reached out on Yelp and Rafael responded quickly and called me to discuss the issues. He was able to get me an estimate in a couple of days and, when we agreed on the scope, was able to get started quickly. Although I haven't seen the work in person, my tenant said that all looks good. When I see for myself in a couple weeks, I have no doubt that my expectations will be exceeded. The best part is that I was told that the work would be done within 7-10 days and it was completed exactly when promised! I have never had a contractor actually complete when promised so I was pleasantly surprised indeed! “Our house flooded before Christmas. The contractors that did the water clean up restoration highly recommended David Clinard with Texas Specialty Contractors for the rebuilding of house due to the water damage. We truly feel blessed that David Clinard was recommended to us. He made us feel comfortable and relieved the stress of the whole rebuilding process. David does not come into your home with a mindset that he is there to quickly finish what needs to be done and move on to the next customer. David takes his time to assess what is need to do the job right and even recommends things that add quality to the end product that doesn't add more to your budget. David kept us informed during the whole process from the beginning to the end and walked our house constantly to make sure all was being done correctly. What is great about David is his calmness during the rebuild; he is easy to approach and ask or critique anything about what is going on. David definitely wants to make sure you are happy with the outcome. My wife had several requests during the rebuild and David did not question us or refuse the request, but made sure my wife was happy with all that was going on. “Like a lot of people we had a pipe burst during the winter storm in February. We reached out to have the pipe fixed and the plumber came and fixed the pipe, and said he’d get us a quote on the floor and drywall repair. 3 weeks and we had heard anything else. So I reached out to Calvin, because I’d used him before for foundation issues. He responded immediately and sent his floor guy Domingo out to our house. Both Domingo and Calvin kept us up to speed on everything that was going on and answered all the questions I had concerning the work to be done and how long it would take. Once I agreed to have the work done and a day that worked for everyone, we had new floors completed all in less than 24 hours. They even helped us move some of the water damaged furniture outside to the curb. I would recommend CL Brooks Construction to any and everyone. “This is the second time we had Jedco Gutters replace our gutters (two different homes) and we have been happy both times they did work for us. The first time they changed the location of our existing downspouts (their idea) and improved our drainage. The second time, on a different house, they did another great job. The crew is easy to work with and were careful not to damage landscaping and stained patio. Will call again if needed in the future!“
