SCAMMERS!! Horrible customer service. for example they charge you $200 for 4 items you select, then turn around and say only 1 item was paid for. So you're under the impression you paid $200 for 4 items when really they are lying and you will only get 1 item for $200.
I had received a bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day and was terribly disappointed with the arrangement itself. The flowers were already withering and the leaves were drying up. I then reached out to the florist and to my surprise they responded promptly which is unheard of nowadays! Not only did they respond quickly but they took my word at face value and offered to make it right. I too trusted that they would keep their word and they sure did! Not only did they replace it with this beautiful arrangement but they delivered it sooner than I had expected. Therefore, I strongly recommend this florist as they are trustworthy and value their customers!!
