I called to order my mother flowers and they delivered flowers later than the time given and then delivered flowers on porch as seen in photo vase broken. They promised to redeliver the next morning and did not deliver at the time promised again . When I called the manager said they were out for delivery and would call me to confirm but never did. My mom still doesn't have her Mother's Day flowers. You decide on whether you'd use this shop.

My friend called me to ask if we liked the sympathy plant she sent for my mother-in-laws funeral, after trying to figure it out we realized that we never got her order. She checked and she had paid by credit card and she was charged for the order but they never delivered it. I went to the shop because we were still in town and asked to speak about a plant sent to the funeral home, the gentlemen immediately said you didn't get it did you. He started blaming the funeral home for misplacing it but when I said if you delivered it I will take this up with the funeral home, the story changed and he suddenly wanted to just give me a plant and get me out of his store. I understand things happen and sometimes things get confused but he knew that the order was never delivered and had my friend not asked about it we would have never know that she had paid for something that was not delivered. The right thing to have done would have been to credit her account when they realized they did not know who or where to deliver the order. Will not use and cannot recommend this business.

My sister and I ordered flowers from 1-800 flowers and three days later they were never delivered. My sister found this local florist and they went above and beyond. The arrangement that was delivered was beautiful and absolutely stunning. We'll be using them again. Their professionalism and promptness is unmatched. Thank you for saving us.
