“What an amazing experience! I was recommended by my esthetican who conveniently works across the way from Nam Massage & Day Spa. I made my appointment via online and it was a simple process. They had a variety of massages available, but I needed one who could take out all (or most of) the body knots. After an 8 hour flight, I was in dire need of a massage. I selected the Traditional Thai Massage. I knew the intensity to this massage and I was mentally prepared for it. You'll need to complete a questionnaire before your visit. It provided lots of thoughtful background information about your body, what to expect, surgeries, even if you see a chiropractor. It's a quick and simple questionnaire. As I arrived, lots of parking is available in front of the building and in the middle of the lot. Nam Massage isn't difficult to find! I was kindly greeted by the staff and was guided to the room. We walked down the hallway and I noticed the beautiful art. I was told that it came from Thailand. It's a very nice touch. Lina was my therapist. She was absolutely amazing! Don't let the size of these women fool you. They are quite strong and talented in what they do. Lina got most or all of my tightness and stretched my body in all different directions. It reminded me that I need to stretch more often. Overall, Nam Massage is my go-to spot for massages and I'll be here again soon. Thank you Lina for your everything. I feel great and my body is ready to go to work tomorrow.“

“Dr. Sieja is great and personable which is what I look for in a chiropractor. Someone who gets to know you and your body, not just an in and out adjustment but puts in the effort and care to really address all aspects. Decompression, the shaker, the roller table, stem and ice…all things he takes time to consider what you need individually to improve your condition. I moved and tried another chiropractor but they had nothing on Dr. Sieja at Spine Worx so despite the distance I came back and am staying!“

“Dr. Meyer came highly recommended. He reviewed my MRI and did a complete assessment including X-rays on first visit. On the second visit he reviewed X-rays and had a treatment plan. Treatment started right away and hopefully after treatment plan completed, there will be some relief from my cervical spinal issues.
