“Where do I start? Once upon a time ago, I managed a multi-faceted community that housed spaces designated for multifamily use, commercial offices, and big-name chain restaurants. Yeah, many times they like to keep it simple and do a little shoulder shrug. No biggie. They're annoyed, I'm annoyed, the kid in that village is annoyed. It's totally fine. Other times, they like to complete a whole cheerleading routine and the only thing that that comes to mind is that one scene from Bring It On, yeah, you know the one.
