“Staff was amazing from first contact. I was concerned it would take forever to get in but they got me an appointment in just 2 weeks. The day of the appt I had issues and was going to be late. I called the office and everyone I spoke with was wonderful and caring. I was very emotional and they still saw me even though I was almost an hour late. The doctor and her support staff were very caring and explained everything for me. They were very reassuring and very kind. I saw Dr. Vander Straten. As it is hit or miss with who you get, had some small chipping with them at times. They are always busy so expect for them to possibly run late even with an appointment. The atmosphere is good and the staff are friendly. Also great choice and variety in colors.“
