We were here on vacation and due to Covid we are limited on nail salons at home. I was happy I found the shop and made an appointment. I can't tell you what an amazing job they did. Salon is extremely clean and attention to detail to making sure the customer felt welcomed was quite evident on my visit.

This was my first time visiting this salon and I’d made an appointment. They got to me very quickly and everyone seemed very nice. I chose the regular $34 pedicure. The employee that performed my pedicure seemed very distracted the entire time, looking around often. It was a very busy day. He seemed to rush through my pedicure as if I’d said I only had 20 minutes or something. The menu says the $34 pedicure has an 8 minute massage. My massage was about 2-3 minutes. I noticed others around me were given a much longer massage. He remarked on the callouses on my heels and indicated something like he’d take care of that. The only work on my heels that he did was a full review

I came in today to get a dip manicure on my natural nail. The nail tech cut off all of my natural nails and put fake nails. Not super mad about that. However, he made 7 of my nails bleed. My nails bled the entire time. Now my cuticles are bloody and swollen. It hurts to put my hands under water. It hurts to touch my nails and put lotion on. I gave 2 stars because the salon was nice and clean, and staff was friendly. The nail tech was very rough and continued to be rough even after I was already bleeding. Photos attached to show the damage done to my nails. Just want my money back at this point.
