It was suggested by a minute clinic that we visited that we seek a higher level urgent care for our daughter's reaction to an insect sting because of the severity of the swelling. We were in and out within an hour and half as a walk in at NextCare towards closing time on a Sunday. They got us in and seen and were genuinely concerned about her well-being. The treatment they set up for her was exactly what her pediatrician said she would have done for her. The staff was kind and welcoming and made sure my daughter felt comfortable with their care, which helped so much because of her anxiety from past traumatic medical experiences. The dr and staff were awesome. The doctor on call was very friendly and put my mind at ease with my concern. He was very good at treating my issue and was very pleasant with work with. Thank you very much. The receptionist was helpful and polite too.

This was the fastest I have ever been able to do a DOT physical. Not only was it a same day appointment, it was within a couple of hours from when I called. There was the usual waiting in the lobby despite having an appointment, plus the usual wait for a provider after doing vitals, but it wasn't an inordinate amount of time for either.
