From the front desk receptionist, to the person on the phone who helped address my questions while we were on the phone, (Her name was Mandi sp?) Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. I know stress mgmt must be difficult to maintain in the medical field while maintaining a sense of compassion and not losing your mind to rude people, but the folks here were able to accomplish it! Its so important to feel like a human and not a number and frankly it is rare to ever be treated with kindness at medical facilities rather than feel rushed. Edit: After posting this review, the facility got back to me and was able to remove the incorrect charge. I appreciate that they were finally able to help me, but it is unfortunate that it took an online review to finally get traction. I updated from 1 to 3 stars as a result.This place is absolutely terrible. I went in for an annual wellness exam. They charged me for something additional that I did not have done. I've tried and tried to get into contact with the clinic to dispute the charge, but they refuse to address my concern, and no one who can help with the issue will call me back. The waiting room had lots of patients; the front desk had a line; and, I can only imagine, they had several patients being seen in the back. And it still moved like clockwork. This place seemed to be executing flawlessly during my short visit. Very nice vibes.It's a little too early to tell if this was the correct treatment for me, but the doctor was very attentive and friendly -- which is important.
