We have been to this office twice this week as a new patient. Be prepared to WAIT! You aren't put in the queue to be seen until after you fill out more forms. Staff seem to room all 6 patient rooms at once as the waiting room gets full. Waited 45 minutes after our appointment time and were seen out of order since we had to leave for another appointment. The nurse practitioner was very professional and as thorough as was expected. Never saw a doctor. As we exited the patient room we stood and waited to turn in paperwork and make additional appointments. There was a counter and sink full of urine samples next to where we stood behind 4 other patients waiting to check out. At the same time new patients were waiting to come in. Went back today for just a blood test.?Again a cluster of people at the entry desk with 4 people waiting. Don't know if it's a double booking issue or what? Waited 20 minutes after the appointment time. People seem to be constantly overstepping each other- both patients and staff. Parking is also a bit challenging since the office is adjacent to St David's hospital. Hoping the care level is worth the challenging office dynamics.
