I was admitted to the er at at Saint David's and I think that people that live around Georgetown it's a blessing because it was the best emergency care. I could have ever expected. very attend enough to treat me like I was a family member. from the nurse (male) with the bitching mustache . explained in detailed the healing process, my Dr called to make sure I was ok. it was overwhelming to a degree. I explained chemical dependency problems I had 30 years . they under stood treated me no no different and even listen to other problems I had going on. I got emergency care and probably a little bit therapy. Thank you so much and God bless you all there.Justin wenckens
Two visits within a week. ER visit - great experienceSurgical visit a week later including surgeon and his staff - great experienceFollow up phone calls for both visits - couldn't ask for a more professional and caring staffWould repeat (pretty sick phrase for a hospital but true)
I arrived to the ER in extreme pain and was told to sit down and I would be seen whenwhen I arrived but the nurse they had a bed open. My pain level was 10+ from diabetic neuropathy but Nurse Katie didn't take it too serious! She took her sweet time getting the medicine even after the NP had written orders. Jake even came to check on me before Katie had administered the shot. Katie was very rude and had no compassion or sympathy. I was writhing in pain, even crying and she could have cared less. Jake was wonderful, as well as, Krystal. I was sent home still in serious pain. I was very disappointed!
