“We had a leak from the toilet because of an improper flange installation 2 years ago. Water seeped under the tile into the wall rotting out the baseboard and resulting in mold within the wall.I was referred to Capitol Renovations by a plumber. I contacted Fred who came to the house, assessed the problem, and got right to work. He was honest and answered all questions with common sense solutions.He fixed the baseboard and mitigated the mold. We are very satisfied with his work and reasonable charges. “Very good selection and excellent service from Mill Direct. We hired them to lay beautiful engineered hardwood floors, and a few bathrooms of tile, over our entire house. Their selection was not overwhelming to peruse and had a bit of everything. Jennifer was top notch with her answers to all of our questions, with follow-ups and knowledge. Eric and his crew did such a wonderful job laying the floors, even when they had to replace all of the subfloors throughout the old home.
