“This was an incredible material purchase experience all around, and Mike Warren played huge role in that. It was very easy to choose and order FREE Asamples from their website. Mike gave the extra mile in providing guidance for additional samples to consider after we provided details on what we were looking for, and he was super personable, informative and professional in every interaction. Additionally, he was very fast at communicating back and forth on additional suggestions and following up on additional help for finding the right flooring, and any time I had a question, I was just a text away directly to Mike’s phone number. Once we found the floor that satisfied our needs, he and his coworker Trent Cantu provided excellent guidance on the right installation method and materials that we would need to guarantee a successful flooring project. Overall 10/10 customer service, amazing variety of options for all kinds of budget and aesthetics, and incredible company all around. I cannot recommend HB enough!“

“I used Floor Coverings International for a tile backsplash install and floor repair. They were professional and prompt and both Janet and Doug had great advice on the project and design. Their installer, Andrew, was extremely meticulous and careful and took the time to make sure the design was everything I wanted, and I was thrilled with the outcome. Doug also took the time to hand repair damage to our wood floor that occurred during our kitchen remodel with another company. He saved the day! I’m very picky and I highly recommend them if you want the job done well and with attention to detail.“

“I recently had Flooring Warehouse install new flooring throughout my entire house. I could not be more impressed.Phil, at the cedar park location, was just great to work with! My sister used him and this store a couple years ago, so when I was looking for new floors, I didn’t even think to go elsewhere.I went into the store just before Thanksgiving. Phil was so great and patient with me when going over carpet options and vinyl plank options. I left that day with some samples and an appointment for Phil to come out to my house in Granite Shoals the following Monday. Phil showed up promptly, measured everything, and promised me a quote by EOD.Since we were so close to holidays, I really didn’t expect them to get to my new floors until after the first of the year. I literally accepted and made my deposit the week before Thanksgiving! But lo and behold, I got a call from Tim, saying they could install starting December 12th! I was shocked! They handled everything, from the demo/grinding of my concrete floors, to the full install of vinyl plank and carpet.The installation guys were awesome. They knew what they were doing, did an outstanding job around some tricky spots in my house, and left my house spotless.I cannot recommend Phil and his crew, at Flooring Warehouse- Cedar Park, enough!“

“Fisher recently did the floors in our building and they look amazing and have held up very well to everything moving across them. About two years ago he did the garage floors at my home and I still haven’t found a single place where any of the epoxy has come up. Fisher does the job right the first time and I would highly recommend him.“

Brandon O. was on time and worked VERY hard to make sure my carpets (with pet stains) were clean by the time he left. I have had my carpets cleaned by various other companies over the the years - will definitely keep calling Steam Doc for my future cleanings. “I am grateful to the other reviewers for their time, because I already knew about this place from research online when a friend mentioned Anchor Floors/ Ibrahim to me— I felt peaceful about dropping by the showroom and connecting with him. Sure enough, Ibrahim worked us in during a busy time in fall of 2023 and encouraged me to start ASAP so if we had a delay, we could still meet our goal of getting our house on the market by Feb 1, 2024. He handled a complete refresh of our downstairs with LVP, redo of one bathroom (floor to ceiling) recarpetting the entire upstairs and partial redo of the kitchen—basically, he was our GC to redo/ refresh and get the house on the market. He was fantastic at guiding us through the choices in his showroom, and his subs were all hardworking and responsive with us. We are very happy with how the house turned out— and got an offer on it within 24 hours of our first open house.
