I want to give a big shout out to Chris. My future daughter-in-law needed foundation. She had gone to another Ulta location but no one asked if they could help her and they just stood around. I suggested we go to the one in Firewheel Mall. Looking at all of the foundation colors we were definitely lost as a goose in high weeds and that’s where Chris stepped in. He explained that Chanel was a good product and was a line we never considered. He matched her foundation and blush on the first try, resulting in a natural, radiant look. My regular stylist (Kristoff, who is fabulous) had a family emergency and Ulta contacted me right away to schedule me with a different stylist. I was very appreciative with Ulta’s customer service, since this was scheduled for my son’s wedding reception. My stylist was Karen Mendoza. She took great care in touching up my roots and styling my hair beautifully. I was very happy and received many compliments on her work. Great sized store with large selection and relatively friendly staff. Some brands, like Florence, don't seem to ever get restocked though. All Ulta's have great holiday sales/deals as well for stocking stuffers and other gifts!
