“I use to get my lashes done all the time but I’m super picky, I went from having them done with a bad lash tech to a great one (I only ever had 2 lash ladies) . I went about 2 1/2 years without lashes because my fav lash lady retired. I searched for a while before I took a chance and got them done again b/c I love having them done but I have trust issues. I’m very happy with the results. Not only did she give great lash care tips but she genuinely cared for what she did and it showed. I got size 13 hybrid. I think I’ll go down to a 11/12 next time due to my own preference but the quality and skill really shows in her work. She’s very knowledgeable and kind and she gave great recommendations during my experience.“

“Leah did a great job on my first IPL Photofacial with her last week. (I am posting under diff name for anonymity). I originally purchased a IPL Photofacial with SkinPen microneedling package (for reversing sun damage and increasing collagen production and for skin tightening/lifting) to address sagging skin (jowls/neck/chin) before Leah started. Leah took the time and was very conscientious at my first session with her. I need to continue with the sessions to see how well this combined approach works, but am very hopeful and have found initial resuls encouraging. I used savings to make this purchase and am hoping for positive, natural results over several months. Will post again at the end and perhaps along the way. I have very fair skin and am older (late 50s) and really appreciated Leah's conscientiousness. Dr. Nguyen is also excellent, and so is Sheena. Everyone there is very nice, and they take the time to answer questions along the way.“

“I want to give a big shout out to Chris. My future daughter-in-law needed foundation. She had gone to another Ulta location but no one asked if they could help her and they just stood around. I suggested we go to the one in Firewheel Mall. Looking at all of the foundation colors we were definitely lost as a goose in high weeds and that’s where Chris stepped in. He explained that Chanel was a good product and was a line we never considered. He matched her foundation and blush on the first try, resulting in a natural, radiant look. I was so impressed that I had him find a foundation for me, and it definitely makes me look younger than my 65 years.He is an outstanding representative of not only Ulta but the Chanel brand. He did not try to upsell us, was polite, and knowledgeable. He shared that he is from Chicago and worked five years for Saks Fifth Avenue, and the experience and knowledge he gained there definitely shows. He is one of the best makeup artists I have come across in a long time. I highly recommend him as a consultant if you are wanting a new look.“
