Jamie and Julian were so professional and responsive. They were able to work together to figure out where pieces of a plug were stuck in wall outlet where I originally had a an electric space heater plugged in. Since there were things like the box to my TV, clock and Amazon Dot this caused a short circuit in the plug where everything was connected to the surge protector.The lights went out in the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. Jamie and Julian worked together and extracted the burned ends of the plug from the wall socket. They simultaneously made sure by flipping the switches the Main Wall Switch in the bedroom closet and everything came back in the room...read full review
