Several outlets weren't working and a new stove hood needed to be installed. The electricians arrived on time and went straight to work. The hood install was a last minute request and was done with no issues. I called several times with questions and their customer service was excellent. Very pleased with their work and pricing. Will definitely use again.

Breaker went out and simple reset didn't seem to work. Called Puckett and someone picked up the phone quickly. Explained my issue and the gentlemen kindly confirmed whether or not I had unplugged everything going to that breaker. I had not. He asked I unplug everything and try again as it is a common fix and would save us both time and money. The gentlemen patiently waited while I unplugged everything and reset the breaker with a 10 sec pause. Breaker turned right on. Definitely calling Puckett if I have any future electrical repairs and will refer to friends.

We bought an electric vehicle and I was looking for a reputable company to install a 50Amps breaker and a 14-50 Nema outlet out of it.Puckett was the best electric company I have ever hired. They asked me a couple of questions about the location and model of the electrical panel and it there was space to add a breaker.They gave me a quote over the phone and an appointment a couple of days later.
