“I go to the Katy branch located on Kingsland. My therapist is Dr. Ethan. He took my mobility measurements today and my mobility has increased all areas. Thanks to Dr. Ethan, perseverance, and the good Lord. Also, the receptionists are always nice, professional, and personable. I always find the facility clean in appearance and smell. Spero, in Katy, is the best physical therapy practice I’ve ever experienced.“

Trey and Danielle are truly great at what they do and make me feel right at home. They train up to 5 people at a time but each person has a customized program based on their abilities. The exercises are both challenging and completely accessible and there is sufficient support and guidance at all times.
In addition to the exercise guidance, they provide nutritional support. I’m really enjoying the meal plan and the accompanying recipes, which are easy to follow, nutritionally dense, satisfying, and delicious.
They use the “In Body” body composition tool to track progress. I find these assessments to be very helpful to staying the course.

“I started working out with Travis in April after a year and a half sabbatical of recovering from surgeries. I was having a hard time getting back into the routine of the gym until I hired Travis to do the thinking for me. I absolutely love his workouts. They are challenging but anyone can do them. He keeps it interesting by changing it up everyday. I do 2 days a week of private workouts and then 2 days a week of group workouts and I really enjoy going now! The facility is always immaculately clean and tidy, and the workouts are fit to my individual abilities. I leave feeling tired, but never uncomfortably exhausted or aching. I feel soreness the next day, but not to the point where it's limiting in any way, just enough to let me know I had a good workout the day prior.The kitchen here is honestly a hidden gem.
