“Love working out here!! The staff and instructors are always so friendly and welcoming. I always get the best workout and sweat here. I love that you get a mix of yoga, strength & cardio! I like yoga but I don't like doing just yoga for 60 min so this is a perfect mix! And the room is heated so you are definitely going to sweat A LOT!! Highly recommend :) Facility is pretty small with the one main room, lockers, two individual bathrooms, a sink -- it's clean!“
