“I heard of Dr. Morgan and The Fit Pelvis through an associate who had positive things to say about the Dr. and the PT work they did. I was far along in my pregnancy and called to make an appt.I just finished my 5th appointment with Dr. Morgan and I can't believe I didn't know about the benefits of a PT and Pelvic Floor PT specifically before this recent experience.I went into Dr. Morgan to resolve one issue with my pelvic floor related to pregnancy. After my 5th appt, I feel like not only has that resolved, but she has resolved a number of other issues that may or may not be pelvic floor related.I have suffered YEARS of hip pain/issues. I have a strong anterior tilt that I have tried and failed to correct on my own. She helped me breathe better be working on my diaphragm. My headache/nausea went away. I realize everyone is different so what worked for me may not work for others but I am so glad I found Dr. Morgan.She gave me exercises to work on at home. She spent time giving me very individualized care. Dry needling! Why have I never heard of this before? Amazing. I am in such better shape, sleep better, feel better and about to give birth in a couple of weeks. I would have been happy with the result of just the exercises alone because it helps strengthen my pelvic floor muscles but I am coming out of my appointments which so much more than that. I can't thank her or and speak highly of her enough. I highly recommend her for any Pelvic Floor related issues. I definitely plan to schedule time with her postpartum also. I understand that her patients do not have to be pregnant or in the postpartum stage to be seen, so I believe she sees patients who are just looking for help with pelvic floor related issues/concerns.“

“I really like this location, it's clean and the staff is great! But, the reason for just 4 stars is that twice in the past 2 weeks, members have been staying in the sauna past their session time - when I've had it booked. Both times they stayed 5 mins into the my scheduled session time, cutting my session short. One lady invited me in to join her (it's nice of her, but no), and the next time it happened, when I approached the man about me having the sauna booked, he barked back, "there are two other bikes in here." I just feel it's rude to stay in there during someone else's session.“

“So thankful my doctor recommended Club Pilates! I have scoliosis and the misalignment can cause issues throughout your body. I am 47, my core strength has never been better and my daily back pain is gone. “As a massage therapist myself, I am always looking for a person who can work me over. I found this in Ava. She does incredible Thai massage, (I’ve had others) and is very accommodating to my needs and is never in a rush. I get 2 hours at a time. I’ve now had several from her and my body and strength are improving. She is very strong, which is needed as I am 6’8” and around 275lbs. “i’ve only had five sessions so far but i look forward to being apart of the spenga fam for the long run. summer at the front is very sweet and all the staff are very welcoming. At my first session they really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Kaci is my favorite spenga instructor and her classes are fun. i definitely wouldn’t be able to workout that hard on my own and it’s nice being in a judgment free community! defi recc this place to anyone seeking a flexible workout membership :)“

“This is the only exercise that I've ever considered fun that didn't cause injuries or aggravate old injuries. In fact, it's helped me maintain strength in areas I've been to PT to address. I've had a couple of procedures (unrelated to exercise) since starting and every doctor has said I can take basic classes as soon as I feel able to, unlike other places I've been where there are no modifications available. The instructors are great! They get to know you and are very encouraging. Pilates is for anyone. Don't worry that you won't fit in. Don't worry that it looks like it's hard to get into classes at first. If you sign up for the one that you can go to several different studios in the area, you'll have a ton to choose from. The waitlist moves fast. After a year and a half, I can say this is my exercise home. I don't anticipate stopping ever.“

“As a local group fitness instructor that has been in the game for eons I can say that this is definitely an effective calorie burning type of training! I enjoy working out while sweating in the sauna but it is absolutely not for everyone. So check with your physician to see if it works for you. A buddy gave me a pass to check it out so I toured the studio and tried a few rounds of their HOT cycle session. The session itself for cycle (with a virtual instructor) was 15 minutes long and left me a little confused at the end since I did not realize it was that short, so I tried it a few times. The cool thing is that you can adjust the heat of the room to your liking. They have other types of workout cabins there such as hot pilates, yoga, strength training and rowing machines. Also a shower and towels. You can bring a friend if you need accountability. I love the accountability of group workouts so if you are used to being in a room with a bunch of people this may not be your bag. But it is open 24/7 with and without staff etc. Great for those with multiple jobs like myself needing the flexibility. I enjoyed it and would try it out again when I am not teaching classes elsewhere.“

“Decent gym for the price! Unlike other LA Fitness locations, there is a good collection of equipment for cardio and strength training. Mostly clean but can get crowded with teens in the evening hours. Best to work out late mornings.“
