We setup a time and they arrived on time and presented a very professional approach. They listened to what I was trying to accomplish and instead of trying to steer me in different directions, they just answered my questions which I really appreciated. I evaluate proposals for a living, so i have an odd way of gathering data to make a decision....and honest, simple answers are the key. Their pricing was very competitive, but most important for me, they are locally owned Frisco business and they live in Frisco. This is always my first choice. I joke that working with people I am likely to run into at the grocery store, gives me a better feeling.

Again, on time and ready to work. The work (new hot water heater) was done very quickly and professionally. They were working just outside my home office and hardly noticed them.

Because this is a family business I got to talk to a couple of different people and everyone was awesome to work with, and the very reason I try and work with local companies.
