Frustrated with my last experience with an optometrist and three different optical shops I went to Fort Worth Eye Associates and Camp Bowie Optique - housed in the same building. Eye exam went as usual (thorough and efficient) but today when I picked up my new glasses - oh what a difference! Perfect the first time. Knowledgeable Optician. “I live in Erie, PA and my wife's folks have gone to Forest for years. I went in there with a frame issue from glasses I got in Pennsylvania. He took the time to fix them and chatted with me about airplanes, Oshkosh, politics, trucks and politics. He fixed the frames and wouldn't take anything for it. (It was around Christmas.) I came back this year with my daughter and gave him a gift card. I didn't tell him I was coming. I just dropped in and he took the time to chat with me again. This fella is top shelf. You may not see "eye to eye" LOL with him on everything but rest assure this is your guy for glasses!! :)“

“I am truly impressed with this eyeglass company. My son broke his glasses beyond repair and because he's basically legally blind without them, it was imperative to get a new pair ASAP. Targets Optometrist quoted us 2 & 1/2 weeks. Walmart, Pearle, Americas Best & Lens Crafters weren't able to get him in for 1 week or more. I knew I needed to find some place that could get a pair of glasses within 4 days or so. I did a Google search on "fast glasses" and VC Vision popped up. They had him an appointment in an hour and a half and new glasseswith a complicated prescription in 3 days. Not only that, they were able to repair his broken glasses so he had something to wear until his new ones arrived! They were so incredibly nice, knowledgeable and thorough. Best eyeglass company EVER!“
