Oakley Store

The employee engagement with customers at Oakley stores is second to none. I have been to a few different stores, and have been very impressed every time. All Oakley employees have been extremely relational and easy to work with in my experience. I worked with Lee at the Benbrook location, and he was awesome.

I had such a great experience here. I thought I knew what I wanted and it would be a quick in and out. But I had been given the wrong information elsewhere (not an Oakley store). Everyone here was helpful and polite. They even said "you can't even really tell the difference between these two lenses inside, let's go outside." Even though the store is in a mall, they took me and my husband and two sets of glasses through the mall to a sunny area outside. THAT showed me the differences between the two lenses so I got exactly what I wanted.

the oakley store in Hulen Mall was great! Janet really took great care of me with what i was looking for! when my shoes i was looking for wasnt in stock she went ahead and looked for another store that might have it and since it was over an hour away she assisted me in purchasing it online and got it set up for delivery in store to avoid the porch pirates in my neighborhood! she also helped me when i couldnt locate the bag in the color i was looking for and found one for me in the back of the shop in storage! all in all a wonderful shopping experience! Oakley is lucky to have her and she should be cloned to be in all of their stores! thank you Janet again for your world...read full review
