The quality of their work is inconsistent. Some days, it's spot on. However, some days my clothes smell like mildew. Other times, my clothes aren't ready for several days.

I have taken my jeans there a few times in the past and the creases have been a little off or too high in to the pockets but this last time they overheated them so much that the wrangler tag on the back actually shrunk and they popped one of my belt loops somehow.

I took in two Hugo Boss polo shirts that had been lightly worn and only to work to be cleaned by this dry cleaners. I have an office job, so the most fabric abusive thing I come into contact with is the occasional toner in from the printer. When I recieved these items back from the cleaners one shirt had what looked like melted plastic on it! The other shirt had a semi large white stain on the inside that seeped through to the outside! Upon further research on the internet I learned that the melted plastic spot was more than likely a button from anohter shirt that had been meleted onto my shirt due to excessive heat.
