Update - The office has since worked with me to resolved the issue. I would recommend them as they ultimately did what was right be their patient. I called in to the Keller office asking for an annual checkup. My doctor was at another location so the receptionist said she would schedule my annual checkup with Dr. Byarlay. While the experience with the Doctor himself was good, a month later I get a bill and see they did not bill my insurance for an annual checkup but an outpatient visit so the bill is $205 instead of free. I'm not concerned, mistakes happen, so I called to make them aware of the mistake. The receptionist proceeds to blatantly lie and claim she never agreed...read full review

Dr. Seo is awesome! Very attentive to my needs and a great listener of my concerns. He's explains my diagnosis and course of action in great detail so I never leave with questions. Finally found a great PCP!
