“We loved our past experience with William French in 2021 we asked them to update our Jack and Jill bath this summer. The experience was once again fantastic. Gary Jackson helped us selecting all of the materials. His contractor discount came in handy at one of the popular home improvement sites. He chose a great bathtub and the glass for the shower/tub was beautiful. As was the experience last time, Gary and his project manager Joe Norris kept us informed of which trades would be showing up at the house. If you have been frustrated with prior remodeling projects where you have to continue to ask a contractor what happens next, that will not happen with Gary and Joe. They will keep you informed every step of the way. As was the case last time, the project was completed within the estimated time. In this case, less than three weeks from demo to finished product.“

“We would recommend Valley Ridge. The company replaced our roof and acted as GC for other related work in connection with significant hailstorm damage in 2023. We recently experienced some leaking and reached out to the company. They were very responsive and evaluated with issue, which turned out to be unrelated to the work they performed in 2023, so not strictly warranty work. Regardless, they arranged tradespeople to address the problem and coordinated the billing. In particular, I would point out Emily (Ops Manager) and Jake (Sale Rep) as very competent, professional and responsive.“
