“This company/ team was awesome to work with from start to finish. We originally only wanted our room carpets cleaned but ended up also getting our couches and area rugs done as well. The gentlemen that came over were on time, very friendly and courteous. They were very detailed and meticulous with their work. Having 2 large indoor dogs we thought there was no hope in getting our things cleaned, but they brought our carpets, couches and rugs back to looking new. “I can't say enough about Heidi AND JD at Nortex. I had a flood and was desperate. Heidi was so calming over the phone and understanding. She seemed to truly want to help me and sent JD out right away AND got me an estimate that day to give to my builder. JD truly knows his stuff and can talk way over anyone's head that is not in the industry, but could also bring it down to my level and explain the options and ramifications for each. I felt great about his knowledge and ability to correctly assess and take care of any of the water issues. He came to do the work once I was sure the house would not flood again in the next rain, and left plenty of dehumidifiers and fans to be sure all areas were properly dried, using a moldicide to prevent mold and mildew. They also clean carpets to be sure everything is cleaned up and safe afterwards. They are honest and fair and very generous with their time and knowledge. There is no doubt I will use them for all these services in the future, with confidence. It is a relief to know where to go with trust and confidence. They have the latest tools and equipment to do things right. Quality and value, honesty and integrity - I can't recommend them highly enough!“

“I cannot sing their praises enough. We had a pipe bust in the upstairs of my mom’s house but didn’t know until the ceiling came down in the bathroom downstairs. These guys came out right away and went to work!!! They demo’d the mess and hauled it off then placed fans and dehumidifiers throughout the damaged area! They came back each day to check the progress until the house was completely dried out. My technicians were Danny, Taylor, Jose, Wesley, Zeke and Hunter. All were very professional, thorough, respectful, honest, knew their job and did it well. I would recommend Danny and any of his crew hands down….every time!!! 100%!!! ServePro…. “They came out the Friday before Christmas and cleaned up the mess made when a puoe busted in the ceiling and ruined our master bathroom. Water, sheet rock, insulation..... horrible mess. The guys who came out were so nice and thorough. They cleared put the mess, brought items to us that had been covered by the debris to see what we wanted to do with it, set up everything to start drying out the room and walked us through their process. They came back on Christmas Eve and changed out some of the fans for a heater, rearranged the others, and placed plastic over the gaping hole in the ceiling. They were back on Monday to see the progress. Everything was gone by Tuesday. The work crew was amazing. We hated ruining their Christmas, but we weren't the only ones they were helping, either. Since that time, I've also had the pleasure of talking with the office staff. This nightmare is covered by our homeowner's insurance, and I've never had to do anything like this before. I'm horrible with names, but.... the lady I have talked to each time has been so nice, understanding my ignorance of how this process works, and helpful in making sure I knew what I needed to do. I hope no one has to go through this type of experience, but if you do and need assistance with cleaning up a mess, this company will definitely make things right!!“
