“We hired the Window Connection to do a bay window replacement, getting rid of very old simple panes of glass with no frames in a non-symmetrical build. They installed extremely nice full frames bay windows that are way way more structurally sound and sound/temperature proof. Most impressively, they managed to do it without affecting any interior trim despite the windows being so different from the originals. They also made some structural improvements to the exterior to prevent water soaking into the structure as was happening before.I’m so happy with the work they did, and will hopefully go with them again when I do an addition the house.“

“I am a returning customer.Though it had been several years since I had SolSolutions installed gutters and guards, I was pleasantly surprised that Greg remembered me and was eager to help me replace a picture window that was broken. I had tried to work with the company that had installed the window originally but I couldn't even get a bid. After over a month. of frustration, I realized that SolSolutions replaced windows and doors, so I called and Greg was out within days. He did inform me that it would be a couple of weeks for a bid due to the manufacturer. I got the bid when expected. I got a better window at a lower price. When i asked him to move forward, he gave me an eta of the window, it did get pushed back due to the ice storm but installed shortly after. Install went great. “The company installed our shower glass during a bathroom remodel. After 4 years, the shower door needed to be 'realigned.' I emailed the company and they scheduled the appointment relatively quickly. When the technicians came out to adjust the door they saw that one of the hinges was leaking oil and needed to be replaced. They adjusted the door (and replaced the sweep) and will set up another appointment to replace the hinges at a later date. I live in Arlington so I was concerned they might not want to make the trip for such a small job but they did. The company is very professional and responsive.Service: Glass installation“
