This small company is legit. Knowledgeable, personable, doesn't try to upsell. Communication was great and whole process was easy. Installer was fantastic. Had 4 windows and 1 door (window/shade) replaced.

All I can say is Wow! What an amazing job from Ryan and his team. I replaced 4 windows in my living room and it completely changed the whole house. Ryan is very knowledgeable in his field and was very easy to work with. I’ve already had friends and family come up to me asking where I got my windows from so Ryan and his team will be pretty busy soon! Looking forward to doing the rest of my windows soon!

Had a warranty window loose it's seal and fog up. I finally got a replacement window but the window company I purchased the window from (It wasn't a window from WOW) wouldn't come out and replace it. They would only supply the replacement window. WOW was one of the only companies that would help re-install the warranty window from the other company!! Adan was the tech, and he knew what he was doing. He was on time and he got the old window out and new one in within 20 minutes. He made sure he did things in the right order so I was never without a window in case something happened in the process. Very professional and knowledgeable. Wow Windows and Glass, LLC is a window company in Carrollton, Texas that has provided customers with great service in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex since 2014. Our owners, Ryan Kitchens and Nate Fulton, met while working for a glass company in 2012. After getting to know each other they decided to start a business of their own in October of 2014.
