“Great place, friendly staff. Olivia is awesome, but everyone else is professional, and they all do a superb job. Steve, the owner, offers free Fireball shots, premium beer, and wine on Saturdays after 2:30pm. Sundays after 12 pm, everyone gets a free BBQ brisket sandwich and chips with a purchase of haircut!! I always wonder how he manages to stay in business as generous as he is.

As for you assuming that you could walk-in and be expected to be helped before others that had made an appointment that WAS presumptuous of you. A walk-in is someone that CHOOSES not to make an appointment, and will be worked in as soon as it is possible. I am sorry you didn't think of this and I am sure you could have been worked in earlier than 5, however, you obviously thought you were too good to wait your turn! She NEVER speaks poorly of costumers even ones who do not know how to behave in front of children and the general public. GREAT with kids and handling situations that arise that are uncalled for.“
