For the previous reviewer, Donna Castiglione, Martha DID NOT speak poorly of you. SHAME ON YOU for speaking how you did in front of not only YOUR children but OTHERS! As for you assuming that you could walk-in and be expected to be helped before others that had made an appointment that WAS presumptuous of you. A walk-in is someone that CHOOSES not to make an appointment, and will be worked in as soon as it is possible. I am sorry you didn't think of this and I am sure you could have been worked in earlier than 5, however, you obviously thought you were too good to wait your turn! Also, shame on you for hanging around disrupting other business with your EXCESSIVE complaining...read full review
