“The gym looks really nice but I went here for a theraputic massage and I want to recommend Sean Cordier to anyone that overworks their body. He doesnt just offer the massage, he suggested that I added some stretches to my régimen and encouraged me to come back regularly to work out my tougher areas. Reasonably priced, easy to make arrangements. Great service.“

“Great gym but when I moved I went by, in person, to cancel my membership, followed up with a call couple months later and they just absolutely will not stop charging me. Having to go through my bank to stop all payments to this place, absolutely ridiculous.
Edit: The staff reached out to me via phone (though I wasn’t able answer) and let me know there was an issue with their system around that time. They actually refunded everything from the date I had originally canceled and fixed the reoccurring payment issue. I would use this place again as it is a very nice gym, just had that one issue and they made it right. Overall 5 stars.

“I've always wanted to lift heavy weight, but I was always embarrassed and honestly I was clueless on how to do any of it safely. I always heard horror stories on how people who lifted heavy weights injured themselves for life because they had the wrong form the entire time and didn't know it. I decided to give Fyzical a try because I saw my friend's body transform within a few months of working out, twice a week. I did my research and discovered that they are also a part of Fyzical Physical Therapy. It intrigued me because of my background in science and being a nurse. I kept reading about them on their website and saw that each of the trainers also have their bachelor's degree in kinesiology. So, I (a 42 year old) started in August 2023 and currently still work out there. I have gone from 170lb to 154lb and I am still losing. I also feel stronger and have improved my joint mobility. The trainers are excellent in guiding you through each workout and are quick to point out if you are doing an exercise wrong. Their goal is to make you stronger and quicker without hurting yourself. If you are going to start, but you have an injury, the trainers will modify the workout for you to prevent further injury. Each workout is scientifically based and changes monthly. They also have an app for you that helps you keep track of your weights, reps and exercises. This is the only gym that I have been consistent with because of the results I have seen in myself. It also helps that you have to let the trainer which days you will be there...because they will be expecting you! They hold me accountable. This gym is definitely worth the money that I pay each month. I spent so much on other gyms and I never went to them (what a waste). So if you want to get in shape, feel younger and healthier, check this gym out! :)“

“I love Everything Orange Theory has to offer, the service and the people. The environment is great. The coaches are motivating and help you succeed and you actually get a work out in, I have a gym membership and even though I go workout I don’t push myself as the coaches do at Orange Theory. They have different workouts from strength training and cardio, Weights TRX ropes set workouts that change and target different muscles ? the plus is the showers and vanity’s and lockers. The apps tracks all data the heart monitor you wear during your workout collects and you stay motivated at all times each workout shows the information and it’s backed up by science.“
