excellent place to go to really train
GREAT gym for competitors and people who just want to workout and get healthy! I came in one day for a free training session with Rick. Next thing I know I got a membership and have now been training with him for over a year! Rick has transformed me physically and mentally and helped me see my full potential as an athlete. With him, I’ve been able to place and win in multiple powerlifting meets and even a bodybuilding competition. My health and physique has changed for the better since training at this gym. HFC is what every gym should be like! It lives up to its name. People train hard bc they love to be there and love the growth. The vibe is nothing like Golds or PF or any commercial gym. I train with Alfonso Renteria (@chucobarbell) and it honestly has changed my life. Because I enjoy being in this gym and I genuinely love the process, I am consistent and bc I am consistent I have seen amazing results, not only in my strength and my body but my self confidence in just 6 months.
