“I can’t say enough about how awesome Dallas Dog Palace has been! I’ve taken my pup to other boarding/daycare facilities in the past, but Dallas Dog Palace really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with your dog’s stay.They will send you a report card for your pup every day, but will also contact you separately, if needed, to provide more specialized updates and info. I left my dog Cooper while away on a 2 week trip and felt so at-ease while I was gone. He had a blast, and was really well taken care of.Since then I’ve had to drop him off for shorter stays and he has enjoyed himself every time. This will definitely be my go-to for both boarding and daycare, and I highly recommend.“

“Took my 85 lb Floof there today. Was nervous because Bindi had never gone to this lady and is terrible about getting her nails clipped. I worried for nothing. These ladies do an excellent job. Bindi was happy and well cared for. I will be going back“

“My dogs haircut looks amazing. Since there has been a change in ownership, the policies have changed and unfortunately you cannot leave your dog for longer than an hour and 30 minutes so in the past I used to take my dog drop her off before work pick her up after work, but now you have to pay a fee, that fee is $30 additional unfortunately I don’t have that kind of money to spend so it is unfortunate and in addition to that they do not groom on Saturday. Other than that they do excellent job on the grooming of your dog, so I guess it’s a 50-50 out of 100“

“We have been coming here for about 3 years. Our golden doodle gets really bad matts just because we usually get her groomed with the changing of the weather. Eva always does an amazing job to get all of her matts cut and makes sure that the rest of her hair is cut proportional.“

“The facilities and staff at Camp Bow Wow Grand Prairie, TX are fantastic. I like how they always try to accommodate our pups' needs. The camera is also cool and it allows me to check in my dogs when I'm away on an extended vacation.“

“The older receptionist in the front unfortunately was very rude to me when I came in, yelled at me in front of various personnel. It was very embarrassing and I was considering leaving at that point. Except the sweetest nurse came to assist me as she noticed I was struggling. Doctor Wheeless was super sweet and amazing at explaining. Like mentioned above Nurse Susan couldn't have had a better experience with her, she was extremely considerate, knowledgeable and sweet and I can just go on and on about her. If it weren't for them I would have given a very low rating, but people like them don't deserve it. However the front older receptionist could use some mannerism. So unfortunate.“

Then I would e waited till next paycheck )started procedure if no record of rabies shots after some kind of discount? Other than that I loved it. I think babygirl did too.“
