I had to replace my old condenser unit recently. He showed up on time and within a few hours he had a new unit delivered and installed! Every issue I had over the years he always looks for a ways to help me out. He will do warranty claims on your behalf in order to save you money on material . Upstairs unit was blowing warm air once , called him and when he showed up it was working fine again. He took a look around at my unit and everything checked out …. He did not charge me at all ! Most company’s charge you a fee just for showing up. Thanks Juan once again for taking care of my family’s AC needs .“

“Called Rio Air when the other 3 AC companies would not come out to my home. Tony showed up and did not leave until he figured out the problem. This was Friday at 4:30 and Tony had to come back on Saturday morning to finish the job. He mentioned they typically do not work on the weekend. But he made it happen!
