We are typically not big fans of interacting with people, but Dr. Nguyen was an exception, making us both feel comfortable and welcome. We're excited to have found our go-to eye doctor for the foreseeable future!Dr. Nguyen was not only quick but incredibly thorough in her examination. She provided valuable information about the shape of our eyes and the benefits of multifocal glasses, which no other eye doctor had ever shared with us before. Her level of expertise and care was truly exceptional.The online registration process did leave a bit to be desired, especially when attempting to complete it on a smartphone. My wife's parents, who are older, found this process somewhat challenging. However, this minor inconvenience did not detract from the overall positive experience we had with Dr. Nguyen.One small issue we encountered was not receiving a full list of the prescriptions we discussed during the appointment.
