“This place was a Godsend for us as we were looking for a new place to board our cats! Our cats just had their first stay there, and it was amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the cat boarding area is kept neat and clean, and the caregivers truly care about the kitties and loved on them and played with them every day. The cat suites are spacious and cozy with windows, so much better than the tiny cages used at most cat boarding places. The daily report cards with the photos was so helpful to us as we missed our babies terribly while we were away....it was comforting to see them so happy and having a great time playing! We will definitely be boarding again with Remington Pet Ranch.“
“Everyone here is super sweet and nice, and made my boyfriend, our kitty, and me feel very welcome. They explained what they were doing and why, and everything was quick, easy and professional! Our cat was spoiled on the exam table with treats and had a great time.They didn't, however, tell us anything about cost while we were there. I paid the $75 deposit for the exam, and when we showed up they gave our cat a vaccination and gave us a cup for a poop sample to bring back and sent us on our way, no mention of cost. So I just assumed that the $75 was for everything. The next day I got an invoice for $120, and was very alarmed. My boyfriend and I are not the most well off, so I called and asked if I could have a receipt because I didn't know what any of it was for. The nice lady that answered told me that $40 was for the vaccine and $80 was for the poop cup. I said I had no idea and wouldn't have taken the poop cup if I known. Luckily she got it taken care of quick and taken off the bill, but I still found it very strange that I wasn't told any of that during the exam, or told that I had an option.I'll be returning but I'll definitely double check everything next time!“
“I highly recommend See Jane Walk for daily walks and overnight stays. Jane and team have taken care of my Boston Terrier twice for over a week at a time now. The second time included over night boarding and two trips to the Vet while I was abroad. They communicated through real time status updates and photos about her health issues and nursed her back to health, all while maintaining utmost professionalism and "obsessed-owner" like care and affection. My boston is still genuinely excited to run into See Jane Walk staff while out and about downtown - so I know she too would recommend them!“

“Shelby is the best mini schnauzer groomer in the Austin area. I’ve been to many, many grooming establishments in town and they always botch my dog’s cut. Not Shelby, she gets it right every time. The only thing I would change is the location because it’s far from where I live. Not a deal breaker though since the service is great, the cut is excellent, and I only go once every 2-3 months.“

“We have been using SkyBlue anytime we need to leave our Cane Corso, Thor, in loving hands when we go out of town. The team takes great care of him! They also do well at communicating with us during his stay to keep us informed if there are changes to him, such as his cherry eye popping up---which we appreciate. Thor knows when we are going and he gets excited when we pull onto the property. We've left him elsewhere a time or 2 and he'd seem so sad when we picked him up but not when we pick him up from SkyBlue. Booking is easy w/ the portal, just make sure you give yourself plenty of time b/c they fill up fast. We needed to go out of town for Thanksgiving this past year and they placed us on a wait list, luckily, there was a cancellation and we were able to make our trip! What I love most about this business is that they do not discriminate breeds, sizes, or unfixed. Being that Thor is a Cane Corso, he is quite big. He's also in tact. This rules him out at most other establishments. But he is also a non-aggressive, obedient, sweet boy and I'm glad this kennel has given us a chance to show that & that we can trust them with his care. <3“

Capital Vet is a model of excellence in the veterinary industry. e.g. Back in the day, they fixed a torn ACL - without a TPLO - with a (then) revolutionary technique and saved me thousands!! My 120lb pit was made whole!NOTE to the Crazies: If a business of this nature identifies as "non-emergency clinic" it means they do not handle emergencies - and they sure as hell don't handle them after hours!! (sounds like they did make exceptions in some cases!!!) That's why they invented "emergency clinics" to handle emergencies. Also people, if it's a pandemic, different rules apply - to EVERYONE.This is a fantastic business and does well by its clients.. don't listen to the crazies.“

“I live in the same neighborhood of Barking Springs Barking Ranch. My experience was excellent! They are kind, caring and professional. The dogs that were there seemed very happy to be there. When I came for the meet and greet play date, there was another dog who was just over the moon to return. They are also flexible if you have to drop off your dog during they’re closed hours. They make it very easy and safe to do a drop off. I recommend this place 100%!! it feels so good to know that there is a place I could feel confident and secure about leaving my dog while we are away.“
