“LL Flooring has done a great job from pricing the wood and delivery to final installation. The store manager Taylor (and Hagen left for another store) and staff patiently worked with us to get a reasonable deal by comparing 3 different options (Brazilian Cheery, Mahogany, or a combination). The delivery person Jose was amazing and completed this heavy-lifting laborious work in two trips. Finally, Erika, the installation manger of South Texas Flooring, has promptly scheduled an appointment and coordinated the installation process. The two-person installation team led by Robert was simply fantastic and their work was professional and meticulous (see photos). The initial estimate was for 3 days, and they completed the job in 4 days, because it was a big job (several thousands of square feet). They helped move furniture and started the work from upstairs to downstairs with a final job on the stairs. They worked everyday from morning to 9-10 pm each day. When we found a piece of wood in stairs squeaked a little, Robert came out, inspected, explained with options, and agreed to work us. We chose to leave it as is and took his offer as a rain check. In sum, our experience was nothing but satisfied. I should give all of them 10 stars instead of the Google's limit of 5. Highly recommended.“
